Abstract：
在经济快速发展的时代，教育也在日新月异的发展，高校大学生的思想政治教育也要跟上时代发展的步伐。传统的教育理论和教育模式已经不适合时代发展的需要，建立新型的思想政治教育与管理模式就要创新体系，我国高校的思想政治教育也应该顺应时代潮流，满足高校学生的身心发展的需要。本文旨在探讨大学生思想政治教育与管理的方法。
