Abstract：
福建省海洋资源丰富，渔业产出占第一产业总产出的很大比重，为深入挖掘并开发可利用的资源，从而促进福建海洋经济的发展，科技创新在理论和实际方面都势在必行。文章通过阐述当前海洋经济发展存在的问题，海洋科技创新的必要性，分析福建海洋科技创新的优势及劣势，整理并阐述了福建海洋科技创新的诸多方向。
