构建了微信营销视角下游景区服务创新模型,分析微信对旅游景区服务创新的影响.从微信营销视角探讨景区面向游客、面向旅游景区管理部门两方面的服务创新,微信营销可以提升游客旅游体验和品质,为游客创造良好顾客感知价值,同时,促进景区管理效率的提高,降低景区的营销成本.
