Abstract：
法学双语教学中课程设置的三种实践均没有产生如意效果。法学双语教学应弃“课程设置”而重“教学内容选择”，遵循双语教学目的与法学专业教学目的相辅相长原则，实现英语目的与专业目的的良性双赢。从教学效果出发，综合评估各种因素，科学选择教学内容。
