Abstract:

以水泥熟料为胶凝剂,制备了一种兼具吸附和抗菌性能的银/活性炭核壳复合球粒.为了进一步改善球粒的吸附性能,将不同造孔剂(PVA或硅藻土)混入载银壳层中,对壳层改性.探讨了造孔剂种类及添加量对改性试样吸附性能的影响,并对试样的抗菌性能进行了探讨.用碘、苯和甲醛吸附评价试样的吸附性能,用抑菌圈法测定试样的抗菌性能,用扫描电镜观测试样的微观结构.结果表明,PVA作造孔剂试样吸附效果最好,最佳的PVA添加比例占壳层10wt%;在最佳的PVA添加比例下,试样的大肠杆菌和八叠球菌的抑菌带宽分别为5.06 mm和5.48mm,抗菌性能良好;SEM微观结构显示,PVA溶解后形成致密的多孔结构.
