Abstract：
由于我国法律缺乏对商业性城市房屋拆迁的相关规定,使得商业性城市房屋拆迁引发的矛盾频频发生.文章从“马鞍山市商业性城市房屋强制拆迁闹剧”引发的三大问题入手,深入分析商业性城市房屋拆迁中存在的具体问题,并提出切实可行的解决方案,以期为商业性城市房屋拆迁法律问题的解决提供建设性意见.
