Abstract：
二十碳五烯酸(eicosapentaenioc acid,EPA)与二十二碳六烯酸(decosahexaenoic acid,DHA)是具有许多重要生理功能的ω-3系列多不饱和脂肪酸,二者对人体及动物具有重要作用,吸引越来越多研究者的关注.对EPA和DHA的基本性质、生理功能、来源、提取分离方法及应用现状进行综述,并对其研究前景进行展望.
