为实现福建省经济跨越发展,针对中小企业科技创新存在的问题,提出了通过财税扶持政策;切实保护自主知识产权,营造良好的创新创业环境;大力发展中小企业科技创新的中介服务;加快中小企业科技创新风险投资实业的发展等对策,以图引导福建中小企业依靠自主创新走上良性发展轨道,从而有力地促进福建省经济快速健康发展.
