Abstract：
当前我国进入了全面建设小康社会的关键时期,改善民生、促进社会和谐稳定至关重要.本文在对目前就业总体情况进行分析总结的基础上,认为要调整产业结构,改善投资环境,借鉴发达国家的经验,找到未来我国就业创新的增长点.
