利用全废钢增碳技术,严格控制铁液中的硫、磷含量;通过加入微量合金化元素和加强球化与孕育处理等工艺措施,实现铸态下生产QT750-5高强度高韧性球墨铸铁.试验表明:采用废钢增碳生产的合成铸铁,只要选择合适的化学成分,控制基体组织中珠光体与铁素体量的比例,其铸态抗拉强度超过750 MPa,断后伸长率大于5%.
