高校图书馆要实现人性化管理,首先应该拥有一个充满人文气氛的硬件环境。如何使硬件环境符合人性化管理的要求,笔者从图书馆的建筑外部环境、内部环境、馆藏体系、休闲功能的人性化等四个方面给出了一个评价指标体系。
