在全球价值链的背景下,地方中小企业集群纷纷主动嵌入全球价值链以创造更大的经济价值,从而使得链内单个企业的租金向链内集群租金演变.集群租金成为集群价值分配的关键,对集群竞争优势的撂寻实际上也就成为对集群租金的追逐.
