Abstract:

网络营销作为传统营销在新经济形式下的一种发展和延续,其营销组合同样建立在传统营销经典的4P组合基础之上.但网络营销的交互性、虚拟性等特点,使其在营销策略、客户关系、营销过程以及企业经营上对传统营销产生了巨大冲击.因此除传统营销经典的4P组合之外,营销主体在网络环境下进行营销活动时还需要考虑另外四个要素:即Platform(平台);Personalization(个性化);Participant(参与者);Process(过程).这八个因素共同组成了网络营销的8P组合.
