中国发展已经深刻地影响了世界,中国区域发展战略也备受世界关注.中国要实现全面的崛起,应采取分割式整合战略,这是中国发展到现在历史与逻辑的必然选择.福建与台湾一水相隔,闽台区域整合既是我国区域经济整合最为艰难的一个地区,也是我国区域经济分割式整合的重要板块.
