Abstract:
在总结目前各种插补技术和加减速控制方法的基础上,推导出了一种高效稳定的插补算法和高柔性五次位移加减速控制方法。该加减速控制方法具有三角函数加减速的优点,柔性好,实现过程比较容易,同时它比三角函数占用机时更少。仿真结果表明,在保证加工精度的前提下,提高了机床的插补效率和加工柔性。
