Abstract：
当前教育政策存在诸多伦理上的问题,如教育公平问题、机会均等问题等.解决这些问题不能从现象到现象,而要透过现象究本质.当前教育政策存在伦理问题的深层次原因在于:工具理性蔓延,功利主义盛行,重事实环境,重效率的物质基础.而公平与效率的价值选择失衡是上述原因集中性表现.
