Abstract:

利用高温熔融-水淬-球磨法制备TiO2-SrO水冷粉体.将该粉体引入8YSZ陶瓷基体中,研究其对材料致密化、相组成、显微结构、力学性能及电学性能的影响.结果表明,引入TiO2-SrO后,材料的烧结机理为液相烧结,有利于致密化.引入量较少(1%(质量分数))时可不同程度地提高8YSZ的抗弯强度与电导率,因此可以成为较好的SOFC电解质材料.
