阐述学习型知识门户系统的概念、内涵特征、系统构建原则;明确学习型知识门户系统的功能并给出其构建框架,认为学习型知识门户系统是一种综合门户,由知识资源系统、知识共享系统、跨平台检索系统、虚拟参考咨询系统及用户管理系统等部分组成,最后对各子系统实现途径进行了探讨.
