高等学校要担负起培养高素质的创新型及应用型人才的历史使命,就必须深化教育改革,构建新形势下的人才培养创新模式.本文探讨了3+1人才培养模式机制中的关键内容,提出了在这种创新模式中要解决的两个主要问题,即校企实质性合作问题及模块化课程设置问题.
