Abstract:
本文采用模拟的工业废水,即二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与水混合液(DMF质量分数为0.1),以自制5级箱式混合澄清槽为萃取装置,以氯仿(CHCl3)萃取剂萃取工业废水中DMF.研究了流比R(萃取剂与水相料液的流量之比)、萃取剂流量、搅拌强度和料液组成对萃取效果的影响.由实验可知,较佳的操作条件是流比R为2,萃取剂流量为3.6 L·h-1,搅拌器转速为100 r·min-1.在此条件下,萃取率可达91%.
