Abstract：
近年来诱导人多能干细胞的研究激发了人们对再生医学和组织工程的极大热情,干细胞在眼科疾病治疗中的可能应用也得到了更多的重视.在这里我们着重讨论视网膜发育中的细胞分子生物学过程,以及从胚胎干细胞诱导分化的一些考虑,以期对进一步的研究工作及实现其临床应用有所帮助.
