Abstract：
从“城市管理人”角度分析了城市住宅居住隔离现象产生的机制，探讨了城市住宅居住隔离对现代城市生活的影响。指出居住隔离必然影响社会的稳定发展，限制城市整合文化功能和城市文化成长，但在一定程度上对同质群体有激励作用。
