Abstract:

本文主要对管理界面矛盾的成因进行探讨,认为存在诸如文化差异、需求差异、知识差异、信息差异、机制失效等共性化的问题.并对管理界面矛盾的产生机理进行了研究,得出管理界面矛盾的产生机理是有规可循的,认为通过对其产生路径的截断,将有效避免矛盾的激化.
