本文通过构建一个两阶段的博弈模型,考虑不确定环境下企业的产品市场竞争策略和资本市场上债务融资策略之间的内在战略关系,并在战略性债务融资的框架下,分析了市场进入中企业的竞争策略与融资策略的选择.得出二者之间存在双向互动关系的结论.
