通过力学性能、疲劳磨损及腐蚀磨损性能测试以及金相组织观察,研究了铬含量对低碳高铬铸铁性能的影响.结果表明,随着含铬量的增加冲击韧度降低;硬度随着含铬量的增加,先上升,而后降低;疲劳磨损率在w(Cr)≤27.5%时较低;腐蚀磨损率在w(Cr)=17.5%~27.5%时较低;w(Cr)=17.5%时低碳高铬铸铁的综合性能最好.
