通过分析我国消费需求不足的原因,例如贫富差距、高储蓄率、落后的社保体系、产业机构比例失衡等,提出扩大消费需求的相应对策.在此基础上总结未来我国应在新消费热点的刺激下采取节约型的理性消费模式以及以结构升级和环境保护为主的可持续发展战略.
