Abstract:

利用微波合成法将Ce和Ni引入到SBA-15分子筛骨架中.通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD) 、傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR) 、紫外可见漫反射(DRS)、透射电镜(TEM)和N2的等温吸附-脱附法等手段进行表征.结果表明,Ce和Ni物种进入SBA-15分子筛的骨架.将它作为催化剂载体,负载上Pt,以CO氧化为模型反应,考查催化剂的活性.结果表明,Pt/Ce-Ni-SBA-15催化剂的最低完全转化温度为227℃,与Pt/SBA-15相比,最低完全转化温度降低了39℃.说明了骨架掺杂后的Ce-Ni-SBA-15与SBA-15相比更有望成为更优良的催化剂载体.
