Abstract:
分析了绿豆非特异性脂转移蛋白的抑菌机理.通过等电聚焦法测得非特异性脂转移蛋白是等电点为9.9的碱性蛋白;通过Super Q色谱证明金黄色葡萄球菌在pH 6.0时带负电荷;通过Edman降解法测定其N-氨基酸序列为N-TCGQVQGNLAQCIGFLEKGG-21,且富含疏水氨基酸.结果表明:绿豆非特异性脂转移蛋白在pH 6.0时带正电荷,而金黄色葡萄球菌细胞壁表面带负电荷,二者相互吸引;蛋白的疏水性使得其分子借助疏水段分子的柔性插入到细胞质膜中形成离子通道,从而表现出抗菌的效果.
