通过力学性能、耐磨性能测试以及金相组织观察和ESEM形貌分析,研究了氮含量对低碳高铬铸铁性能的影响.试验结果表明,随着含氮量的增加,共晶碳化物在结晶过程中方向性生长减缓,形状趋于粒状;二次碳化物数量增加,形貌和尺寸也发生变化.随着含氮量的增加,低碳高铬铸铁的硬度增加,冲击韧度下降,滑动式和滚筒式磨损率下降.
