文章运用文献法与访谈法,对排球运动文化的内涵与特征进行探讨研究得出:排球运动文化的内涵按结构层次划分为三个层面,即里层是指导思想层,中间是管理体制层,外层是技战术打法层;排球运动文化的特征有传承性、时代性、民族性、公平性.
