Abstract：
美国是当今世界资信评估业最为发达的国家，其资信评估业已有近百年的发展历史。相比较而言，我国的资信评估业仅有十余年的发展历史，目前尚存在较多的问题。文章比较了美国和我国在资信评估发展方面的实践，并总结出了可供借鉴的经验启示。
