Abstract:
采用提拉法生长出光学质量优良的Yb∶GdV0.995Nb0.005O 4晶体,测得并计算了Nb5+ 和Yb3+在Yb∶GdV0.995Nb0.005O 4晶体中的有效分凝系数,结果表明Nb5+的复合有利于实现Yb3+的高浓度掺杂 .同时还测定了不同Yb3+ 掺杂浓度晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,总结和解释了Yb 3+掺杂浓度影响其性能的规律.
