Abstract:

在内径φ28 mm流化床中,无烟粉煤在2种工业碱催化剂作用下进行混合气(空气/水蒸气)的催化气化,得出适宜反应时间为40 min,催化气化温度为900℃,2种工业碱催化剂的适宜添加饱和度均为8%.研究显示,无论煤气产率还是煤转气热值,粘胶废碱液均明显高于工业固碱.在适宜催化气化温度(900℃)条件下,产气率从无催化剂时的2.57m3/kg增加到8%固碱时的3.62m3/kg和粘胶废碱液时的3.97m3/kg;煤转气热值粘胶废碱液比无催化剂时增加了2.78倍,比固碱时增加了0.66倍.
