结合生产实际,利用塑性变形理论和聚氨酯橡胶性能,分析了聚氨酯模具的冲裁机理和形成冲裁件断面形状的理论伊据,得出了模具在冲裁中以材料分离为必要条件的结论,同时指出聚氨酯橡胶模具发展的方向.
