Abstract：
以木素磺酸钙为原料,利用反相悬浮聚合技术制备出球状木素基离子交换树脂.研究了分散相、分散剂、聚合温度、搅拌条件及交联剂用量等对悬浮聚合反应及成球效果的影响,并对产品的外观、粒度、含水量、密度及交换容量等基本性能进行了表征和测定.在优化条件下制得的球形木素基离子交换树脂的交换容量可达3.83mmol/g.
