用Gleeble-1500型动态热/力模拟试验机对经高效熔体处理及均匀化退火的易拉罐用铝材进行轴对称等温热压缩试验,探讨了多道次热压缩变形条件下该材料的软化规律,结果表明:在相同的应变速率(0.5s-1)和应变量(ε=0.7)下,随变形温度T的升高、道次间隔时间t的延长、变形道次数n的增加,对应各道次的流变应力降低、峰值软化系数Sp升高,逐渐呈现明显的稳态流变特征;当t≥1 min后,再结晶驱动力降低,对应道次流变应力变化幅度不大,道次间软化趋势变缓.在试验条件下,当T≥673 K,t=1~3 min,n=3时,可获得较理想的组织.
