设计了一种手动控制进样速度的快速分离富集Pb2+离子的分离器,分离器由5 mL一次性注射器、接口和微分离富集柱组成. 微柱填充以巯基葡聚糖凝胶来分离富集Pb2+离子时,5 mL样品溶液(pH=3.30)30 s左右注射过柱,5 mL 2 mol/L的HCl溶液以相同的流速注射洗脱,铅的平均回收率可以达到96.95%,RSD=3.33%(n=22),预富集因子约为200,可以实现大体积样品溶液中痕量Pb2+离子的快速分离与富集.
