Abstract：
在以地震综合预报网络会商群决策支持系统为背景的智能预报专家系统设计中,利用关系型数据库的特点,模仿智能语言的知识表示能力,提出了一种新的以关系型数据库作为知识表示的载体设计模型.采用数据与操作方法相分离的形式,在一定程度上克服了知识表示能力低,不够灵活的缺点.
