Abstract：
本文认为一种企业制度总是与它所存在的那个社会的政治、经济、文化环境相联系的,在某种社会背景下,家族企业一定有着比非家族企业更多的优势,否则是不可能成为一种被普遍选择的企业制度.因此,必须正确地对待家族企业.
