加入WTO后,我国资本市场的进一步开放将对国内企业的资本运营带来很大的影响,在认清当前我国企业资本运营所存在的问题的基础上,分析加入WTO给企业资本运营所带来的机遇和挑战,得出应对措施,促进我国企业资本运营能力的提升.
