Abstract：
中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，对国民经济和社会发展的贡献越来越大。但其融资渠道狭窄，资金紧张的问题一直未得到有效解决。通过对中小企业外部融资的三种方式：间接融资，直接融资，表外融资进行比较分析，得出支持中小企业发展，应大力发展表外融资方式的结论。
