Abstract：
以邻苯二甲醛和巯基乙酸为衍生化试剂, 用柱前衍生化反相高效液相色谱法分离测定西梭霉素含量.流动相:甲醇-水(70∶30), 内含醋酸0.20 mol/L, 庚烷磺酸钠13 mmol/L, 检测波长为250 nm, 柱温为25 ℃, 进样20 μL, 检出限为2.13 mg/L.
