Abstract:
采用失重法测出几种金属材料(钛板,铝板,铜板,Q235-A钢板,1Cr18Ni9Ti板和0Cr18Ni11Ti板)在工业氯酸钾溶液中的腐蚀速率,并观察其表面状态,从而评价其耐蚀性能.结果表明,这几种金属材料的耐蚀性能由强到弱依次是钛板,1Cr18Ni9Ti板,0Cr18Ni11Ti板,铝板,铜板和Q235-A钢板.同时还发现工业常温饱和氯酸钾溶液的腐蚀性比实验室配制的常温饱和氯酸钾溶液和高温饱和氯酸钾溶液的腐蚀性都强得多.
