以Li4SiO4为母体,叶蜡石为原料的Li8Al1-xSi2xP1-xO8系统的锂快离子导体,经高温固相反应制得.X射线衍射分析结果表明该系统在0.5<x<0.9的组成范围内形成单一的固溶体相,其空间群为P21/m,导电性能测试结果表明x=0.6的合成物具有最高的电导率,在673K时其电导率达到2.6×10-2S/cm,其活化能为60.73kJ/mol(温度区间373~673K).
