Abstract:
用加压铸造法制取Al2O3-SiO2系纤维增强ZL109合金复合材料,研究了在不同温度和不同试验应力下复合材料和ZL109合金的高温蠕变特性.结果表明:经纤维增强的复合材料,在573K下的蠕变极限强度是ZL109合金的1.2倍,在673K的蠕变极限强度是Z109合金的4倍,但复合材料的蠕变断裂具有突发性.
