Abstract：
对北美新英格兰电力市场的运行备用辅助服务进行了详细的研究,分析了运行备用的内涵和投标内容、服务容量、机会损失费用及费用计算方法,详细总结了市场的清算价格和结算方法,最后分析了我国运行备用辅助服务的现状并提出了具体的设想.
