Abstract：
目的研究铸造卡环和锻造卡环的卡抱力。方法采用万能材料试验机测试不同厂家铸造钴铬合金卡环、镍铬不锈钢卡环及不同直径锻造卡环变形0.6 mm的变形力。结果1.0 mm锻造卡环的卡抱力最大(23.4 N),其次是铸造钴铬合金卡环及0.9 mm锻造卡环(13.2～14.4 N),0.8 mm锻造卡环的卡抱力略小(12.2 N),铸造镍铬不锈钢卡环卡抱力最小(11.5 N)。结论为了满足卡环固位的要求,又尽可能避免损伤基牙,建议采用铸造钴铬合金卡环;若基牙牙周条件较差,建议采用0.8 mm锻制卡环。
