Abstract：
文章认为一定语境中的英语动词屈折形式，利用其基本的语法和语义特征，起着暗示话语意图、引发话语含义推导过程的作用。在此基础上，文章也对语篇中暗含语用意义的时态的译法作了初步探讨。
