Abstract:
文章研究了AgNi10,AgNIO.15和AgSnO2不同配对触头在直流灯负载下的熔焊性能,分析了熔焊区形貌特征和成分分布,结果表明在直流灯负载条件下,触头的熔焊性能主要取决于阳极材料,受阴极材料影响小.AgNi10材料在大电流下的抗熔焊性不如AgNi0.15和AgSnO2.熔焊区中焊接点分布于熔融接触区四周,焊接点的断裂为韧性断裂,断口呈韧窝状.触头材料的韧性越好,抗拉强度越高,则熔焊力越大,材料的抗熔焊性越差.
