Abstract:
建立了主动脉瓣膜的有限元模型,几何模型参考人工生物瓣膜的形状,材料模型采用准线弹性模型.运用有限元动态分析方法仿真主动脉瓣膜在心室舒张初期的运动.仿真结果表明:瓣膜在心室舒张初期产生振动.瓣膜弹性变差、厚度增加、跨瓣压变化率减小或初始跨瓣压变小,使瓣膜振动产生的声音减弱,临床第二心音的主动脉瓣成分减弱可能与上述原因有关.
